Warranty
Our Warranty: Our batteries are warranted by the manufacturer. Each brand and model may be covered for different warranty periods.
Warranty covers the following:
- A fault in manufacture caused the battery to fail during the warranty period.
- A physical failure (external/internal) of the battery during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- A battery that has been discharged by the vehicle or end-user (flat battery).
- A battery is physically damaged during use.
- A technician visiting to service the warranted battery.
- A battery that has been discharged to a point where it cannot be recovered.
- A battery that has simply been discharged but can be re-charged by our technicians.
- A battery that is over-charged by the end user – sometimes shown by bulging of the case.
Note:
- To claim a warranty, you MUST have your original receipt (as per manufacturer requirements). No exceptions. If you do not have that receipt, we cannot process a warranty claim.
- If the battery is taken away and recharged successfully by our technicians, then a service callout fee of $165.00 will apply.
- To have a battery checked or replaced (not warranty), the battery must be returned to us and a service fee will apply.
- If you cannot bring the battery to us, then we are more than happy to go to your location,
but a service fee will apply. - The warranty period is not renewed or extended should a battery replacement be approved.
